1. Acceptance of These Terms
By browsing, registering for, signing in to, purchasing points from, or using LunaPathToLove (the “Service”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service or purchase Energy Points.
The Service is operated under the LunaPathToLove brand. These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
2. Service Nature & Important Disclaimer
LunaPathToLove provides personalised insights and reflections based on proprietary algorithms, your submitted inputs and interactive selections, and generative AI technologies. All readings, descriptions, suggestions, and interactions are provided solely for personal reference, entertainment, and self-reflection.
The Service is not, and must not be treated as, psychological counselling, mental-health treatment, medical diagnosis, financial, investment, insurance, tax, legal, relationship therapy, crisis-intervention, or any other professional advice. You should exercise independent judgment and seek qualified professional support for consequential decisions.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, achievability, or suitability of any reading, prediction, suggestion, or outcome. You remain responsible for decisions made in reliance on, or because of an inability to use, the Service.
3. Accounts, Eligibility & Account Security
You must provide accurate, current, and usable registration information and keep your credentials secure. An account is for the registered user only and may not be sold, transferred, rented, shared, or otherwise made available to another person.
If you suspect unauthorised use, account compromise, or a security incident, contact support@lunapathtolove.com immediately. You are responsible for activity under your account, except for unauthorised activity demonstrably caused directly by a security failure in our systems.
4. Energy Points & Payment
“Energy Points” are virtual, in-Service usage credits for designated readings and AI-generated guidance. They are not cash, e-money, a stored-value payment instrument, or an investment asset. They cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, gifted, resold, or used outside the Service.
Payments are processed by Stripe or another secure payment provider we designate from time to time. We do not store your full payment-card number. Once payment succeeds, the relevant points should normally be credited automatically; if synchronisation is delayed, retain your proof of payment and contact us.
5. Refund & Points Policy
Except where mandatory law requires otherwise, Energy Points are non-refundable, non-reversible, non-redeemable for cash, and non-transferable once purchased or used. Please confirm the package, amount, and currency before completing payment.
If a system, API, payment-synchronisation, or other technical error deducts points but fails to generate a complete reading, the Service will attempt to trigger an automatic point-restoration process for that reading. Point restoration is not compensation for any content outcome, lost time, or other indirect loss.
If you believe there has been a duplicate charge, unauthorised payment, incorrect point deduction, or an unsuccessful restoration, contact support@lunapathtolove.com as soon as possible with your registered email address, transaction date, proof of payment, or Stripe transaction identifier. We will investigate reasonably and handle the matter in accordance with applicable law.
6. Acceptable Use
You must not interfere with, damage, circumvent, reverse engineer, or misuse the Service, accounts, payment flow, point logic, AI models, or other technical infrastructure.
- Do not submit, transmit, or request unlawful, infringing, threatening, harassing, hateful, fraudulent, or harmful content;
- Do not attempt to obtain another person’s account, personal data, points, or transaction information;
- Do not use bots, scrapers, scripts, or other unauthorised automation to access or extract the Service at scale;
- Do not present Service output as professional medical, legal, financial, or mental-health advice, or use it to mislead another person.
7. Intellectual Property
The LunaPathToLove name, brand identity, website design, copy, code, database structure, presentation of algorithms, and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except where law permits or we give written consent, you may not copy, adapt, distribute, publicly display, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from them.
You retain rights in content you submit. To provide, maintain, improve, and protect the Service, you grant us the limited, non-exclusive rights necessary to process that content, as further described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Suspension, Termination & Changes
Where we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, legal requirements, payment-provider rules, or created a risk to the Service, other users, or third parties, we may suspend, restrict, or terminate account and Service access to the extent reasonably necessary.
We may update these Terms from time to time for product, security, legal, or operational reasons. Material changes will be notified through the website, account interface, or another reasonable method. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
